Luke Shaw would welcome Harry Kane and Declan rice to Manchester United ‘in a heartbeat’

Left-back Luke Shaw would appreciate playing alongside England team-mates at Harry Kane and Declan Rice at Manchester United.
The trio are involved in England’s ongoing UEFA Euro Qualifier campaign, which will continue against North Macedonia on Monday.
Whether Kane and Rice will transfer to Manchester United or elsewhere from Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United, respectively, for the 2023-24 English Premier League remains in the balance.
“I would love a few of them to join – I am not going to lie,” said Shaw.
“I am speaking to them, telling them how good Manchester is, because I know their qualities.
“I know they are world-class players and they would be a massive help to us but I can only say so much. It is up to the club and whatever they decide, so we have to go from there.
“It is not normally discussed but, because of the time of the season and what is going on, there is a lot of talk, a lot of banter.
“I was half joking, it is a bit of both. But if it was down to me, I would take them in a heartbeat.”
Manchester United finished the 2022-23 EPL in third position. They have qualified for next season’s UEFA Champions League.
