Red Bull’s Horner being investigated for inappropriate behaviour

February 6, 2024

Red Bull have confirmed that team principal Christian Horner is under investigation following allegations of “inappropriate behaviour.”

Horner, who has been in charge of the current constructors’ champions since 2005 has strongly denied the allegations which were reportedly made by another member of staff of the British-based team.

Confirming the situation, a statement from Red Bull read: “After being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation.

“This process, which is already under way, is being carried out by an external specialist barrister.

“The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”

The new season, which will see Red Bull driver Max Verstappen look to defend his title, starts in Bahrain on 2nd March.
