Terms

1. The competition is open to South African citizens only.
2. No persons under 18 years may enter this competition.
3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants may enter the competition draw by accessing playTSOGO’s social media pages directly. Participants must interact on the online medium to qualify for an entry to the draw e.g. by commenting/liking/sharing etc.
5. The Prize includes: Three hampers to the value of R2 500 each. Each hamper will contain: 1. A gown 2. Totebag 3. Notebook 4. Towels plus delivery.
6. Tsogo Sun is committed to protecting your privacy. By entering this competition, you agree to our data practices as set out in our Privacy Policy, and which can be viewed at https://www.tsogosun.com/privacy-policy/.
7. A maximum of 1 individual entry can be entered per person per draw.
8. The competition closes on 26 May 2024, at 23H59. Participants must activate their entry into the draw on or before 26 May 2024, 23H59.
9. The prize winner will be selected by way of a random draw/Google Random Number Generator on 27 May 2024 at the playTSOGO office in Johannesburg, South Africa. The winner does not need to be present and will be contacted via social media direct message on the day of the draw. A social media post on playTSOGO’s social media page will also be published on 29 May 2024.
10. Only Three winners will be selected from the combined entries collected.
11. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
12. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner via social media.
13. The Winners will be contacted via social media DM on 29 May 2024, before 23H59, and playTSOGO will make arrangements to deliver the said prize within 15 days to a suitable location and delivery date and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize from the courier company.
14. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. The prizes are for three people only.
16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter (X), or Instagram.
17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
18. Draws to select the respective Winners will be conducted by the playTSOGO Marketing team and will be supervised by an internal auditor.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
20. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
21. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
22. In the event of a dispute, participants or individuals can contact the Marketing Department.
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
